PERFORMANCES CANCELLED THROUGH SEPTEMBER 6TH

We understand our responsibility to make careful choices in service of your health and safety and have this important update:

HAMILTON  performances are cancelled through September 6, 2020.

During this difficult time, we remain committed to keeping you informed and are available to  assist you to the best of our ability.  And when it is once again safe to do so, the Broadway in Hollywood team and the cast and crew of HAMILTON will be ready to welcome you to the theatre.  Please refer to the ticket information provided below based on your performance date.

Performances from March 12th to April 19th

These performances were cancelled in support of everyone’s health and safety and at the direction of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. A refund was applied by Ticketmaster to the credit card used for payment (excluding UPS delivery fees). If this is not reflected in your account, please contact the customer service number on the back of your credit card for your bank’s refund posting procedure.

Performances from April 21st to May 31st

These performances have been cancelled in support of everyone’s health and safety and at the direction of Governor Gavin Newsome and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.

THE EXCHANGE PERIOD HAS NOW CONCLUDED.

Ticket refunds for these performances have been initiated, in performance order, to the credit card used for payment (excluding UPS delivery fees). The refund should appear on your credit card statement no later than May 20, 2020.

If you have purchased tickets through our Group Sales Department, you will be contacted by a representative with rescheduling & refund options.

Performances from June 2nd to September 6th

Patrons holding tickets for June 2 – September 6, 2020 will automatically receive a full refund (minus UPS ticket delivery fees) no later than June 5, 2020. Refunds will be issued in order of performance date, starting with June 2 and moving forward. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster.

We understand that many patrons may have preferred an opportunity to exchange cancelled tickets for a future performance rather than be automatically refunded. However, because the exchange options currently available are not effective in times of high volume, we feel that the most responsible and least frustrating option for all of our valued patrons is to issue refunds.

Performances from September 8th to November 22nd
