The Tony Award-winning musical has been called "musical comedy heaven" by Rolling Stone and if you've seen it you'll know why. The movie came out 40 years ago and this Tony Award-winning musical has updated the story somewhat but it's still the love letter to the theater and New York about talented actors trying to find work and what they'll do to survive. If you can't make it to The Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Tootsie moves on to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa from May 31st to June 12th.
