A NOTE ABOUT SEATING:  The Dolby Theatre seating configuration is slightly different than the Pantages Theatre.  Price levels D and E at the Dolby Theatre start in Mezzanine 1, and are fully  accessible.  All sections have rows that start with seat number one (1) from house right to house left.

SEASON TICKET INFORMATION

What does the addition of the Dolby Theatre mean for Season Ticket Holders?

The 2019-20 Season, entitled BROADWAY IN HOLLYWOOD, will include shows at the Pantages and Dolby Theatres.  One package.  Two theatres.  The Best of Broadway. Renewing Season Ticket Holders will keep their season seats at the Pantages.  We will choose Dolby Theatre seats for you that are comparable to your Pantages locations AND price level.  You will have an opportunity to upgrade or change your seats at either venue, based on availability, after the renewal period has concluded.  In addition to the shows included as part of your package, there may be additional shows announced at a later date.  It is our intention to give Season Ticket Holders priority access to those additional shows before the public, as usual.

Does this mean I have to buy 2 subscriptions?

No.  You will have 1 subscription to BROADWAY IN HOLLYWOOD which includes shows at both the Pantages and Dolby Theatres.

How will Season Ticket Holder ticketing and services be handled for shows at the Dolby Theatre?

The way in which Season Ticket Holders conduct business will not change.  The Dolby Theatre, like the Hollywood Pantages, utilizes Ticketmaster to sell single tickets by phone and online and utilizes the same scanner technology for mobile and paper ticket entry.  Season ticket transactions, such as purchasing a package, upgrades, exchanging tickets and buying additional tickets will be done in the usual manner, via Account Manager.  You will not need to create a separate account or change anything on your account.  In person transactions will be available at the Hollywood Pantages Box Office.  Phone transactions will be handled via the Season Ticket Office at 866-755-2929 (M-F, 8am – 6pm).

How will the Season Ticket Holder seating work at the Dolby Theatre?

You will be notified of your Dolby Theatre seats when we announce the season on February 5th.  Our website will feature a detailed seating map of the Dolby Theatre for your reference.  In the meantime, our Season Ticket Office representatives are personally selecting Dolby seats for each Season Ticket Holder, based on each patron’s Pantages seats, price level and tenure as a Season Ticket Holder.  Our representatives have been trained on the Dolby seating and while its configuration is indeed different than the Pantages, we believe there are plenty of great seats of comparable quality to satisfy the majority of our Season Ticket Holders.  You will have an opportunity to UPGRADE your seats at the Pantages and/or the Dolby, based on availability.  As always, you must first renew your current/assigned seats.  Then, after the renewal deadline, detailed UPGRADE instructions and your exclusive upgrade time will be sent to you by mail and email.

Will seating upgrades be available at the Dolby Theatre for Season Ticket Holders?

You will have an opportunity to UPGRADE your seats at the Pantages and/or the Dolby, based on availability.  As always, you must first renew your current/assigned seats.  Then, after the renewal deadline, detailed UPGRADE instructions and your exclusive upgrade time will be sent to you by mail and email.

Will there be an open house for Season Ticket Holders at the Dolby Theatre?

It is our intention to offer an Open House at the Dolby Theatre to Season Ticket Holders eligible for renewal at this spring, prior to the renewal deadline.  Please stay tuned and watch your email for more information as plans develop.  Tours of the Dolby Theatre are offered to the general public most days.  There are no tours available January 29 - February 28, 2019.  Tours will be available again beginning March 1, 2019.  For detailed information and to purchase tickets for a 30-minute guided walking tour, CLICK HERE.
