ENGAGEMENT CANCELLED

Friday, March 20, 2020 - 4:00 (PT): At the direction of officials with the County of Los Angeles, ALL performances of THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL at the Dolby Theatre March 24th – April 12th, 2020 have been cancelled, in support of the well-being of the theatre-going public as well as those who work on the production.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR AFFECTED TICKET HOLDERS

Will I get a refund if my performance is affected?

If you have purchased tickets to a performance of THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL during this time period, we have already initiated a refund of your money including fees (except UPS if applicable). At this time, we are working with greatly reduced staffing and your refund will be processed as soon as possible. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster. No action is needed to initiate your refund.

Can I call the season ticket office or visit the theatre box offices?

Out of an abundance of caution, the Broadway in Hollywood Season Ticket Office, the Hollywood Pantages Box Office, and the Dolby Theatre Box Office will be closed until further notice.
