PERFORMANCES SUSPENDED THROUGH APRIL 19TH

At the direction of officials with the County of Los Angeles, performances of HAMILTON at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre will now be suspended through Sunday, April 19th, in support of the well-being of the theatre-going public as well as those who work on the production, subject to ongoing assessment by County or State Health Authorities.

We take the health and safety of our patrons, staff and community seriously and urge everyone to continue to follow the guidelines set forth by public health officials. We will provide updates as we receive them.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR AFFECTED TICKET HOLDERS?

Will I get a refund if my performance is affected?

If you have purchased tickets to a performance of HAMILTON during this time period, we have already initiated a refund of your money including fees (except UPS if applicable). At this time, we are working with greatly reduced staffing and your refund will be processed as soon as possible. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster. No action is needed to initiate your refund.  If you have any questions, feel free to send an email.

If our performance was suspended, why can't we simply exchange to another performance?

Due to the sheer quantity of performances affected, we are unable to offer exchanges.  HAMILTON has been on sale since last fall and most upcoming performances in late spring and early summer are extremely well sold.  We are ensuring that each patron who bought tickets will receive a full refund in a timely matter.   Since these are extremely unforeseen circumstances, we are trying our best to ensure that those affected will still have an opportunity to enjoy the show and have the best experience possible. In the case of HAMILTON, performances are still on sale through November 2020 with the best availability beginning in July with all original seating options and prices available across most performances.

Is it possible to re-purchase tickets for another performance?

Performances are currently scheduled through November 22, so if you’d like to purchase tickets for a future date and for the most current information, CLICK HERE. Currently, the best ticket locations & prices begin with performances starting July 2020.

Will performances after April 19th be taking place?

We are still monitoring the situation as it changes very quickly. As of now, all performances through April 19th have been suspended. Please keep a close eye on our Patron Health & Safety Page as well as this page for any updates on performances after April 19.
