ENGAGEMENT RESCHEDULED

March 20, 2020 - 6:50 p.m. (PT): At the direction of officials with the County of Los Angeles, ALL performances of THE ILLUSIONISTS at the Dolby Theatre April 14 - 19, 2020 will be rescheduled, in support of the well-being of the theatre-going public as well as those who work on the production.

The show will continue to play at the Dolby Theatre.

When will I be informed of my new performance date?

In the coming weeks, we will send an email to all current ticket holders informing them of the new dates.  Until then we ask that you please wait for us to contact you about dates and options.

Will I receive tickets with the new dates?

No, the tickets currently in hand will be valid on the new date for the same locations. You will receive an email letting you know when your new dates have been confirmed, and when your tickets have been updated.

I’ve already added the tickets to my Wallet, what do I do?

You will receive an email letting you know when your new dates have been confirmed, and when your tickets have been updated. Mobile tickets placed in wallets for both Apple and Android phones will automatically update. You are also welcome, if you choose, to delete the existing tickets in your wallet, and reload your updated tickets. Season ticket holders can download them from Account Manager and those with individual tickets can Download from Ticketmaster.

Can I call the season ticket office or visit the theatre box offices?

Out of an abundance of caution, the Broadway in Hollywood Season Ticket Office, the Hollywood Pantages Box Office, and the Dolby Theatre Box Office will be closed until further notice.
