During these trying times of working, educating, and WORKING OUT at home - we know it is important more than ever to take care of our mental health and maintain a positive outlook. Here are some resources we've compiled that might be of service. Be Well
The mission at Fit for Broadway is to inspire more well-being. You’ll find features, workshops, and messages that spark inspiration and connection. Ironically, being here, isn’t about being “fit” or being on Broadway. It’s about being human and connecting to your experiences, onstage or off.
Fit for Broadway was founded on a feeling and the belief that the energy of Broadway isn't confined in theaters, in fact, the inclusivity and aliveness is shared, learned, and available to anyone. We talk with everyone from Eva Noblezada to Patina Miller to Timothy Hughes and ask what it takes to lead a life dedicated to showing up fully every day.
If you are craving an at-home workout that will have you sweating all over your living room, check out the Standford student's feed for a wide variety of circuits that target different body parts and live workouts.
