HADESTOWN: The Plot

Though poverty and hardship threaten Orpheus and Eurydice at every turn, the two fall deeply in love, only for tragedy to strike when Eurydice is lured by Hades into the underground factory of Hadestown, promising comfort and stability — but at a cost.
