Patron Security

For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.

Bag and Package Policy

Due to increased safety concerns, any bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6” will not be permitted into the theatre.  (Exception: medical equipment bags.)  All bags will be inspected upon arrival.  Please note: The Hollywood Pantages does not provide bag check services, so please plan accordingly.

Do not leave your personal bags unattended while in the theatre.

Lost And Found

We understand that occasionally items are left behind at the theatre.  We make every effort to reunite lost items with their proper owners. 

Please note that given our performance schedule, it may take 48 hours for us to check and respond.

If you feel you have lost something at the theatre, email and provide the following information to ensure a prompt response:

  • date and time of performance
  • exact seating location
  • detailed description of the misplaced item
  • contact information including daytime and evening telephone numbers.
