Auto-Renew Program

1. When you renewed your 2023-2024 Season Package earlier this year, every  Season Ticket Holder was enrolled in Automatic Renewal for the 2024-2025 season as per our updated Terms & Conditions.
2. When the season is finally announced, we’ll charge your card according to your designated payment plan (1 or 10 payments) and you’ll be all set. If you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of the 1^st charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
3. As a Season Ticket Holder, you will receive a teaser email 2 weeks prior to the season announcement letting you know when the season will be announced and confirming what card and payment plan option are set for the renewal.
4. You will have one final chance to opt out of Automatic Renewal for the upcoming season.
5. An email will be sent to confirm what card and payment plan option you prefer to use for the upcoming 2024-2025 season.

• Since you are automatically renewed, you won’t miss the deadline and risk losing your season seats.
• You may pay in full or select a PAYMENT PLAN. We offer 1 or 10 payments.
• We will notify you before a charge is made and your account is always available for you to review online.
• You will have access to new inventory from add-on shows or season seat inventory.
• You gain peace of mind knowing your seats are guaranteed from year to year.
• You will also have FIRST ACCESS to exclusive add-on shows for the upcoming season.

When utilizing our 10 step, no fee, no interest payment plan, your card will be charged based on the information below.

1. Season Announcement Day (Late February): When the season is announced, the card on file will be charged for 10% of your total and an email notification will be sent.
2. April 15: The second 10% payment will be charged, and an email notification will be sent.
3. 15^th of each subsequent month: The remaining 8 payments will be made on the 15^th of each month.

You may opt out of Auto-Renew by Friday February 2, 2024, to be opted out of Automatic Renewal for the 2024-2025 season only.

There are three ways to opt out of Automatic Renewal for the upcoming season..

1. Email seasontickets@broadwayinhollywood.com
2. Call into our Season Ticket Office at 866-755-2929 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am-3pm
3. Log into your Broadway in Hollywood Account and fill out the Auto-Renew opt out form.

By enrolling in Auto Renew: Your Broadway in Hollywood Season Tickets will automatically renew yearly until you cancel. Because the cost of a Season Ticket may change each year, the amount you will be charged will be posted in your account when the Season is announced. On the Season Announcement date, you will be able to log into your account to see the shows and the cost of your new 2024-2025 Season. You will be charged for your Season Tickets five business days following the Season Announcement. If you wish to cancel the 2024-2025 Season, you may do so by contacting the Season Ticket Office within 30 days of the Season Announcement. If you cancel after your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued. 

By being enrolled in the Auto-Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

1. You agree to the Broadway in Hollywood Season Ticket Terms and Conditions listed in full on the Season Ticket Services page.
2. You will be automatically renewed and charged for your season seats each year unless you contact us to opt out of the Auto-Renew program.  
3. You understand that the number of productions offered and Season Ticket Holder ticket prices may vary season to season. The total cost of each season will be determined at the time of renewal.
4. Advance notification of upcoming credit card charges will be sent via email at least 5 business days prior to the date of the scheduled charge. 
5. In the event that the credit card on file is declined at the time of payment for any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you for new payment information. If after 30 days from the payment due date we have not obtained new payment information from you, your season seats are subject to cancellation and any tickets you have received (paper or digital) will be deactivated. 
6. You may cancel your initial enrollment in the Auto-Renew program at any time prior to the season announcement by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 755-2929 (M-F • 9am-5pm & Saturday • 9am-3pm).
7. If selecting a 10 Step Payment Plan, you will be charged 10% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal and 9 equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month.
8. If you do not wish to renew after the Season Announcement has been been made, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the date of the first charge and a full refund will be issued.
9. If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto-Renew program, simply notify us to discontinue for the upcoming season.
