Accessible seating is available on all levels.

ASL Interpreted Performances

To request ASL interpretation for a performance, or for help finding accessible seats:

Please allow at least 2 weeks advance notice when requesting an interpreter.  Email is the best way to reach us.

Audio Description Performances

Audio Description may be utilized from ANY SEAT.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Visit Guest Services to check out a listening device at no cost by leaving a driver's license or other ID.

 

To request Audio Description services for a performance:

With Audio Description, visually impaired patrons listen to trained audio describers give live, verbal descriptions of actions, costumes, scenery, and other visual elements of the production.

Booster Seats

Booster Seats for any performance can be found at Guest Services on Lobby Level 2.

There is limited availability and seats are provided on a first come, first served basis.

All theatre patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.  Age restrictions and recommendations vary by production.  Visit the events page to select the show you are interested in for more specific information.

Elevators & Escalators

Hollywood & Highland has elevators and escalators at each level (including parking levels) that lead directly to the box office on Level 1 and theatre entrances on Levels 1 and 2.  Upon entering the theatre, elevators to all seating levels are located just past the doors on the right.

Large Print Playbills

Large Print Playbills are available at Guest Services on Lobby Level 2 or by request from house management.

Listening Devices

Listening Devices are available free of charge at Guest Services on Lobby Level 2, or by request from house management.

Open Caption Performances

Accessible restrooms are available on all levels.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted at the Dolby Theatre, and are defined as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. Emotional support and comfort animals are not permitted. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times and will be required to rest in the seating area of the owner, rather than in the aisle, for safety reasons. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Wheelchairs on Site

Courtesy wheelchairs are available free of charge at Guest Services on Lobby Level 2, or by request from house management.
