CURRENT SEASON & SHOW INFORMATION (as of 9/8/2020)

HAMILTON will return to the Hollywood Pantages beginning April 6, 2021 and run through June 27, 2021.  A second block of performances is scheduled for October 12, 2021 - January 2, 2022.


2019-2020 SEASON 

Our 2019-2020 SEASON resumes March 2021 with three shows.  Here are the currently scheduled shows:

  • THE BAND'S VISIT:  *NEW DATES* March 17 - April 4, 2021 at the Dolby Theatre.
  • MEAN GIRLS:  *NEW DATES & NEW THEATER*  September 7 - October 3, 2021 at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre.
  • Lerner & Loewe's MY FAIR LADY:  *NEW DATES* October 12 - 31, 2021 at the Dolby Theatre.

For rescheduled performances - you should have received an email notification regarding tickets for your new dates.


2020-2021 SEASON

Our 2020-2021 SEASON is now the 2021 SEASON and will begin in May 2021.  Here are the show updates:

  • TOOTSIE:  *NEW DATES* May  2-23, 2021 at the Dolby Theatre.
  • PRETTY WOMAN:  THE MUSICAL:  *NO CHANGE*  June 8-27, 2021 at the Dolby Theatre.
  • Disney's THE LION KING:  *NEW DATES*  July 8 - September 4, 2021 at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre.
  • Rodgers & Hammerstein's OKLAHOMA!, originally scheduled for November 3 - 22, 2020 at the Dolby Theatre, is currently being rescheduled for late Summer 2021.  Stay tuned for updates.

  • Digital tickets for the 2021 Season shows will be available on your Season Season Ticket Account after season seat upgrades are complete in October 2020.
  • If you have purchased tickets through our Group Sales Department, you will be contacted by a representative with rescheduling & refund options.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Out of an abundance of caution, the Broadway in Hollywood Season Ticket Office, the Hollywood Pantages Box Office, and the Dolby Theatre Box Office will remain closed until further notice.

August 20, 2020 - 10:00 a.m. (PT): THE ILLUSIONISTS has cancelled its upcoming Los Angeles engagements scheduled at the Dolby Theatre for January 12-17, 2021.


August 18, 2020 - 10:00 a.m. (PT): We are pleased to let you know that Lerner & Loewe's MY FAIR LADY, originally scheduled to play the Dolby Theatre this Summer, has been rescheduled for NEXT YEAR: October 12 - 31, 2021 at the Dolby Theatre.


August 11, 2020 - 10:00 a.m. (PT): We are pleased to let you know that MEAN GIRLS, originally scheduled to play the Dolby Theatre, has been rescheduled for NEXT YEAR and will play a NEW VENUE. The new dates are September 7 - October 3, 2021 at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre.

The shifting schedules of the touring Broadway community mean that we, like others across the country, continue to adapt our schedules. We wish to make you aware of a change to our production lineup.

The L.A. Premiere of MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre scheduled for October 13, 2021 - January 2, 2022 as part of the 2020-21 Season will be postponed to the 2021-22 SEASON, and will no longer be included in any 2020-21 Season Packages.

June 26, 2020 - 4:30 p.m. (PT): We are pleased to let you know that THE BAND'S VISIT, originally scheduled to play next month, has been rescheduled for NEXT YEAR. The new dates are March 17 - April 4, 2021 at the Dolby Theatre.


May 18, 2020 - 11:00 a.m. (PT): Recently, it was announcement that Broadway will remain closed through Labor Day. The magnitude of this shut down has had an impact on several touring Broadway shows. THE CHER SHOW and Disney's AIDA have announced that they will no longer be going out on tour in 2021, and will be postponed to a later season.

April 10, 2020 - 6:00 p,m. (PT): Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and under the direction of Governor Gavin Newsom, performances of HAMILTON at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre are suspended through May 31, 2020 in support of the health and well-being of the theatregoing public, as well as those who work in the theatre industry. Patrons with tickets between April 21st  through May 31st will receive an email with specific instructions on how to either exchange into a later performance or request a refund. April 9, 2020 - 12:00 p.m. (PT): We are pleased to announce that THE ILLUSIONISTS, originally scheduled to play April 14 - 19, 2020 has been  rescheduled to January 12th - 17th, 2021 at the Dolby Theatre. For more information, CLICK HERE.


Thursday, April 2, 2020 - 12:45 p.m. (PT): During this time of uncertainty and health agency Safer-at-home directives, a number of patrons continue to ask if this will immediately impact any performances currently scheduled after April 19th. The Broadway in Hollywood team continues to take its lead from both LA County and CA State government & health officials for any potential updates to the current mandate, which currently stipulates safer-at-home through April 19th. While we expect these directives to be extended, our pledge is to provide updates to all our theater fans upon hearing word of any official City, County, State or Federal mandates which extend beyond that date.


Monday, March 30, 2020 - 11:00 a.m. (PT): Due to the unprecedented public health crisis facing our country, producers have announced that the national tour of The Band's Visit is now on hiatus through July 26, 2020. This includes ALL performances of THE BAND'S VISIT scheduled at the Dolby Theatre July 7th – 26th, 2020. We are currently exploring all options including rescheduling the show.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR CURRENT TICKET HOLDERS?

  • In the coming weeks, ticket holders will receive an informative email of what the plans are for the show. Until then we ask that you please wait for us to contact you with detailed information about your tickets.
  • We are keenly aware that many of you are wondering about the performance status of both MEAN GIRLS and MY FAIR LADY. At this time we are waiting for further state or county directives regarding our ability to present these shows between late April and June.

  • The show will continue to play at the Dolby Theatre.

Friday, March 20, 2020 - 4:00 (PT): At the direction of officials with the County of Los Angeles, ALL performances of THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL at the Dolby Theatre March 24th – April 12th, 2020 have been cancelled, in support of the well-being of the theatre-going public as well as those who work on the production.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR CURRENT TICKET HOLDERS?

  • All patrons who bought tickets will be refunded in full. At this time, we are working with greatly reduced staffing and your refund will be processed as soon as possible. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster.
  • Thank you for your patience as we work through this unprecedented time. Out of an abundance of caution, the Broadway in Hollywood Season Ticket Office, the Dolby Theatre Box Office, and the Hollywood Pantages Box Office will be closed until further notice and we are working with a greatly reduced staff.  If you have any questions, feel free to email us. If you purchased through Ticketmaster, you can email [email protected]. If you have purchased tickets to a performance of HAMILTON during this time period, we have already initiated a refund of your money including fees (except UPS if applicable). At this time, we are working with greatly reduced staffing and your refund will be processed as soon as possible. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster.

We take the health and safety of our patrons, staff and community seriously and urge everyone to continue to follow the guidelines set forth by public health officials. We will provide updates as we receive them.

March 16, 2020 - 10:50 a.m. (PT): In support of the well-being of the theatre-going public as well as those who work at the theatre, THE HOLLYWOOD PANTAGES THEATRE BOX OFFICE IS CLOSED until further notice.

Additionally, the Dolby Theatre box office will close until further notice beginning Tuesday, March 17th.

If you have purchased tickets to a performance of THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL during this time period, we have already initiated a refund of your money including fees (except UPS if applicable). Ticket refunds should be received within 7-10 business days.

March 9, 2020 - 2:30 p.m. (PT): Broadway in Hollywood is closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation on behalf of the touring Broadway community.  The safety and security of our theatregoers and employees is our highest priority.  We are following the lead of our city, state and federal elected officials as we implement strategies recommended by public health authorities and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in our theatres and offices as Hamilton will continue to play as scheduled.  We have significantly increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all public and backstage areas beyond the standard daily schedule, and we have added alcohol-based sanitizer dispensers for public use in the lobby bathrooms of every theatre.  We invite patrons to make use of soap, paper towels, and tissues available in all restrooms.  We remain vigilant, and we are prepared to make decisions based on current recommendations, as well as in the response to changing conditions.

Anyone who is experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or who is not feeling well, is encouraged to stay home and contact the point of purchase for more information about ticket exchanges and policies.
