Do I need to do anything?

No.   We have made all ticketing changes to your account. No action on your part is required at this time.

That said, you may wish to do the following:

  • Login to MY ACCOUNT for a list of your shows and account credit balance.
  • Regarding account credit, if you prefer a refund instead, CLICK HERE to fill out this REFUND REQUEST FORM.  
  • Use your account credit to purchase tickets to Hamilton (starting at the Pantages on October 12, 2021).

Also, there is NO RENEWAL this year and your seats are secure.  The next renewal will happen some time in late 2021 or 2022 when we announce all new shows.

How can I find out what shows I have?

By visiting MY ACCOUNT.  Log in to find a list of the shows on your schedule along with the date you are attending.

Did I get an Account Credit or a refund for the cancelled shows?

The SpongeBob Musical was cancelled just as the pandemic began and a refund was issued to all ticket holders.

With ALL OTHER CANCELLED shows, you automatically received an account credit with the option to request a refund. LOG IN HERE to see your current account credit balance.

When can I EXCHANGE dates or buy ADDITIONAL tickets?

You will be able to exchange and buy additional tickets later this summer.

When will I receive my tickets?

  • Mobile tickets will be available closer to the start of performances. 
  • Please note:  To reduce person-to-person contact, we’ve implemented mobile-only ticketing.  Paper tickets will no longer be available.

What SAFETY PRECAUTIONS will be in place at the theatre?

  • Masks will be required for everyone at all times.
  • Air filtration systems have been upgraded.
  • Hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the theatre.
